If you feel are ready for a gastronomic spectacle in a Michelin-starred restaurant, Restaurant 212 is the place to go. This restaurant, located in the city centre, opened its doors in January 2018 and is owned by two chefs that used to cook at Bord’Eau (two Michelin stars!). In 2019 it already received a Michelin star. It is Amsterdam’s first no-table restaurant as you sit at the bar around the kitchen, so you can see your food being prepared.
